Project Management

As a Project Manager I do full product lifecycle management, including planning and design, executing, monitoring and controlling as well as closing the projects.

I work in an Agile environment which requires additional flexibility and exceptional organisational skills as well as technical background in order to keep good grip on all the processes and the teams that are part of the project delivery group.

IT Service Management

The service delivery looks at what service the business requires of the provider in order to provide adequate support to the business users.

  • Service Level Management
  • Capacity Management
  • IT Continuity Management
  • Availability Management
  • IT Financial Management

The service support ensures that the Customer has access to the appropriate services to support the business functions. To a business, customers and users are the entry point to the process model. They get involved in service support

  • Service Desk
  • Incident Management
  • Problem Management
  • Configuration Management
  • Change Management
  • Release Management

Quality Management

Software Quality Assurance (SQA) consists of a means of monitoring the software engineering processes and methods used to ensure quality. SQA encompasses the entire software development process, which includes processes such as software design, coding, source code control, code reviews, change management, configuration management, and release management.

Web Development

There is a usability reason (rather than wanting control) for why a designer may choose a more fixed layout. Studies have shown that there is usually an optimal line width in terms of readability. This decision of which style of layout to use is often made on a case by case basis, depending on the needs and audience of the website.
